Du bist verantwortlich für die laufende Optimierung einer modernen, unabhängigen und effizienten Auditfunktion innerhalb der Allane Mobility Group
Du arbeitest eng mit der internen Revisionsmethodik der Gruppe zusammen
Du berichtest an den Vorstand, die gesetzlichen Gremien sowie an die Interne Revision der Gruppe
Du fungierst als Berater und Ansprechpartner für diese und alle Abteilungen in Bezug auf prüfungsbezogene Themen und Projekte
Du kommunizierst mit dem externen Wirtschaftsprüfer und der Aufsichtsbehörde über Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit der internen Auditfunktion der Allane Mobility Group
Deine Stärken
Du hast dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen
Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise in einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen oder einer Bank in multinationalen Konzernen, und hast einschlägige Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Leasingumfeld, insbesondere MaRisk und KWG
Du bist mit der Gestaltung und Umsetzung moderner Prüfungsstandards und -methoden vertraut - idealerweise hast du eine Weiterbildung zum Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen abgeschlossen
Dein Arbeitsstil ist geprägt von Ergebnisorientierung, hoher Eigenmotivation, unternehmerischem Denken, einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität, einem exzellenten Zahlenverständnis und einem hohen Maß an Prozessorientierung, einschließlich einer generellen IT-Affinität
Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch, und hast keine Schwierigkeiten, dich auf Führungsebene zu verständigen

Your new role
You are responsible for the ongoing optimization of a modern, independant and efficient audit function within the Allane Mobility Group
You closely cooperate with the Internal Audit Methodology of the group
You report to the management board, statutory bodies as well as the Internal Audit function of the group
You act as the advisor and contact person for them and all departments concerning audit related issues and projects
You communicate with the external auditor and the regulator on matters in relation to the Internal Audit function of the Allane Mobility Group
Your strenghts
You have completed your studies in economics, law or a comparable degree with very good results
You have several years of professional experience in auditing, ideally in a financial services company or a Bank in multinational groups, and have relevant knowledge of the regulatory requirements in the leasing environment, in particular MaRisk and KWG
You are familiar with the design and implementation of modern auditing standards and methods - ideally, you have completed further qualification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar certifications
Your working style is characterized by result orientation, high self-motivation, an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong hands-on mentality, an excellent understanding of numbers and a high level of process orientation, including a general IT affinity
You are business fluent in German and English, and at the same time you have no difficulties communicating at management level
