We are seeking a skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to contribute to enhance our organization's security posture. In this role, you can apply your knowledge in incident response, vulnerability management and regulatory compliance (such as DORA and Bafin regulations).

Your new role

• You are working on ISMS initiatives and audits (GRC operations)
• You are assuring compliance with DORA and other regulations (BaFin)
• You are managing incident response and vulnerabilities
• You are tracking KPIs, KRIs, and conducting risk assessments
• You are collaborating across departments to strengthen our security posture

Your strenghts

• You have a university degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field
• You bring 5 years of experience in Information Security (ideally in the financial sector under the German regulations)
• You have experience in incident management
• You have a strong ability to manage KPIs, KRIs, and risk assessments
• You are fluent in English, German language also needed
