Join our Risk Team at Allane Mobility Group - an international financial services provider in the automotive sector! We are looking for a new team member with 1-3 years of experience in the European regulated environment.
Your new role
- You support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience across Allane Mobility Group
- You assist in IT and Cyber Risk Management, including risk assessments, incident reporting, monitoring, and oversight of 1st Line activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk governance
- You conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
- You help develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), including response and recovery actions, communication plans, and return-to-business-as-usual measures
- You assist in monitoring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, BAIT and etc.), and support audits by providing requested evidence, as well as contributing to BCM-related trainings
Your strenghts
- You hold a degree in (Business) Economics or have completed a comparable qualification
- You have initial practical experience in emergency or risk management, ideally within a financial services institution, a consulting firm, or an audit company
- You are familiar with regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk, BAIS and DORA, and you are motivated to actively contribute to their implementation and compliance
- You enjoy working independently, are proactive, and well-organized
- You have a broad, cross-functional mindset, enjoy exchanging ideas with others, and prefer working in a team over working alone; you communicate confidently in English, the main company language - knowledge of German is a plus
