Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstätten und unserem Unternehmen – deine Expertise entscheidet über die Freigabe von Reparaturen und sorgt dafür, dass jedes Fahrzeug in Top-Zustand zurück auf die Straße kommt
Deine neue Rolle
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Werkstattpartner – per E-Mail, telefonisch und über unser digitales Freigabeprogramm
- Du prüfst Kostenvoranschläge auf Plausibilität, Notwendigkeit und Kosten
- Du betreust Themen rund um Karosserie- und Lackschäden
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Fachabteilungen zusammen und trägst zu einer reibungslosen internen Kommunikation bei
Deine Stärken
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. als KFZ-Mechaniker/-Mechatroniker, Karosseriebauer, Lackierer oder Automobilkaufmann und hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einer Werkstatt gesammelt
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Reparaturkosten-Kalkulationen
- Du kommunizierst klar, professionell und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du agierst strukturiert und serviceorientiert
- Der Umgang mit MS Office ist dir vertraut – oder du lernst gerne neue Tools
