- Technical leadership: You lead an agile team of Java developers (on-site and remote), establish coding standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence
- Architecture & design: You design and build resilient, scalable microservices and distributed system architectures
- Hands-on development, innovation & mentoring: You develop core backend components in Java using modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and assess emerging technologies, reduce technical debt, and mentor developers at different seniority levels

- Professional experience: You bring several years of experience as a Senior Java developer or technical lead, ideally within the financial services sector (banking, payments, treasury)
- Technical expertise: You have strong knowledge of Java (8/11/17+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot), and microservices architecture
- Databases & tools: You are proficient with relational (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Financial domain knowledge: You are familiar with financial processes, regulatory and security requirements, and transaction systems
- Communication skills: Yor are fluent in English and experienced in working with international Teams in different time zones
