- You will translate the organisation’s vision for IT transformation into actionable programmes and projects, working closely with the CIO, IT department heads and senior management to define program objectives whilst acting as a critical partner within IT
- You establish and enforce the framework for program governance, ensure that transformation programmes comply with regulatory requirements, governance standards and internal policies, and monitor program risks, dependencies and progress
- You oversee the planning, execution and implementation of IT transformation programmes and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
- You act as the central point of contact for IT transformation initiatives vis-à-vis senior management, deliver clear, concise reports and presentations, and ensure transparency in communication between IT teams and other stakeholders within the company
- You will lead change management strategies to drive the introduction of new processes, systems and technologies across the organisation, and design and implement communication plans, training and stakeholder engagement measures to ensure seamless transitions

- You have professional experience in IT or related fields, ideally with automotive finance institutions and in leading large-scale IT transformation programmes
- You drive forward strategic IT initiatives that are aligned with business objectives and take industry trends into account
- You excel at identifying risks and opportunities at an early stage, thereby ensuring the successful implementation of programmes
- You design and implement strategies that drive the introduction of new technologies and processes and ensure a seamless transition
- You effectively communicate complex concepts to senior management and non-technical stakeholders, thereby gaining the support of various teams; in doing so, you communicate and present fluently in German and English
