- You will be responsible for the business unit’s business development agenda and will contribute directly to achieving its objectives by managing the business unit’s development roadmap and investment proposals, including the budget
- You act as a subject matter expert with comprehensive process knowledge for the business unit and translate business requirements into clear specifications
- You have practical experience in establishing end-to-end product launch processes with milestones, standardised requirements for business cases, cross-functional checkpoints and decision-making bodies that ensure disciplined and repeatable product launches
- You act as the primary point of contact for IT project managers/PMO regarding scoping, quarterly planning and the processing of development requests, collaborating with SIPO/IT to assess development needs, effort/costs and delivery schedules
- You manage the pre-allocated budgets at division level and, in collaboration with the Division Head, ensure compliance with spending targets and value realisation

- You have proven experience in managing and optimising end-to-end operational processes, including documenting current and target processes and ensuring measurable improvements in lead times, service costs and first-time-right metrics
- You have demonstrated strong leadership skills in the past, managing teams and projects, and possess in-depth knowledge of NPI processes
- You bring comprehensive process expertise across the entire group and are able to translate business objectives into delivery backlogs in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
- You demonstrate a strong financial acumen for P&L levers and budget management
- You coordinate stakeholders from Business Unit Management, IT-PM/PMO and Marketing/Operations, communicating fluently in both English and German
