- You will design, maintain and continuously improve the framework and governance of the New Product Process, including cross-functional coordination (Business, IT/SIPO, Marketing/IC, Operations)
- You will lead the central PMO for company-wide initiatives and oversee the processing of requirements and development requests
- You will work with the Transformation Office (TFO) to measure efficiency targets and benefits
- You will define templates, tools and reporting structures (e.g. OKRs/KPIs, status formats) and support the teams in the business units in the consistent implementation of group-wide projects
- You will track budgets and progress on cross-functional projects and report on these in focus or steering meetings

- You have experience in PMO and portfolio management, as well as in product lifecycle and NPP governance within complex business environments
- You have demonstrated expertise in implementing corporate governance, quarterly planning and demand management in collaboration with IT and business
- You possess strong analytical and facilitation skills, as well as knowledge in the areas of portfolio and process design, governance and standardisation
- You have experience in cross-functional leadership and coordination with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to project teams, with a focus on data-driven performance management and the realisation of benefits
- You have successfully led teams and projects with a clear focus on improving the customer experience; you communicate and present fluently in both English and German
