- Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unseren Logistikdienstleistern auf dem Weg zu ihrem Leasingfahrzeug
- Du organisierst externe Transportdienstleister bzw. Speditionen sowie Fahrzeugübergaben und Gutachten in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden
- Du beauftragst Dienstleistungen rund um die Zulassung sowie Ummeldung unserer Leasingfahrzeuge
- Du hältst unsere Kunden in Pannenfällen durch die Organisation von Mietwägen mobil
- Du bearbeitest die Reifenersatzanfragen für unsere Kunden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Deine Stärken
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen in der Speditions- und Logistikbranche mit
- Du hast eine hohe Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung, dabei kommunizierst du mündlich sowie schriftlich verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich
- Du bringst Einsatzbereitschaft und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team mit
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
